Bible Bapist Church is here to minister to the Bible believers of
the California City area. We are a missionary minded church. We
believe that the Bible is
the
highest authority. In Psalms 138:2 King David
says "I will ..praise
thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast
magnified thy word above all thy name." In Philippians
2:10 God says "That at
the name of Jesus every knee should bow.."
While every
knee will one day bow at the name of The Lord Jesus Christ,
his
word is even now magnified above
all his name! The words of the Holy Bible should be received with a
reverence a man would give the King of kings. It
is with this reverence
that this church was started. It is with this same reverence
that
a man must approach
study of the Bible (2 Tim 2:15)
and the Lord Jesus Christ
himself. Never should a man correct the Holy Bible with his
own
wisdom. The Bible is to correct us. As such, when the Holy
Bible makes a statement that any man disagrees with, that man is to
change and conform to the words of God, not the other way around. For
example, if the Bible
states, there is one God,
and one mediator between God and men, the man
Christ Jesus; (1 Timothy 2:5), The
correct response from a Bible
believing
man should be, "salvation is through Jesus Christ only." Man's
wisdom
and philosophy should not be used to dismiss a Bible truth just because
the truth it teaches contradicts popular opinion.

Bible Baptist is a church that gives Jesus Christ the honor and
glory due the King of kings and Lord of lords. This Church
also
gives the words of the Holy Bible the position it's author and
preserver intends:
The KJV 1611 Holy Bible is the final authority in all
matters,
public and private, for the proper conduct of men's and women's lives.
Further, it is the final authority for science, philosphy,
and
history. The Holy Bible contains no error (Psalms 12:6).
A proper understanding and
application of Bible truths does
not
create a
burdensome yoke, but a light load that brings the bearer true
liberty. Take my
yoke
upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye
shall find rest unto your souls (Matthew11:29).
Now the
Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is
liberty. (II Corinthians 3:17).
Do you read
the Bible with enough reverence? Does your Pastor correct God's
perfect words with Greek? If he does, he has replaced God's final
